Free or Low Cost Dental Services Arkansas

The most frequent question I am asked is where can I go to get dental care? This list is not comprehensive but I am looking forward to growing it. If you know of a free or low cost dental clinic not already listed please email me (Rachel Townsend) at rtownsend@ncohf.org and I will add it to our list. Arrive as early as you can and come in comfortable clothing, with walking shoes on and plan to wait (bring any medication required throughout the day). Typically, they provide snacks and meals. You will be amazed at the amount and kind of care provided by the volunteers at this event – from a standard cleaning to restorative work! The 2018 Mission of Mercy event will be held in Conway at the Expo Center. To confirm the dates for 2018 when posted go to: http://www.arkansasmissionofmercy.org General Dental Care: In the Gap is a program of America’s ToothFairy. This program provides funding for certain pediatric populations to receive urgent dental services beyond what ARKids or personal insurance will cover. We quickly turn around requests for care. You must begin by having a dental health provider complete this application: http://www.ncohf.org/gap-program-grant-application/ If you are uncertain if you qualify or if you have questions please email Robin Vann at rvann@ncohf.org Not every person will qualify and we are limited by funding allotments. However we do our best to connect children to necessary medical care. Medicaid and ARKids Have you had trouble finding a dentist for your child?
